Delivery

I endeavour to process all UK orders within two working days of receiving them, and to dispatch them within five working days. Orders from outside the UK may take slightly longer. There is a flat rate of £3.00 per card pack, £1.10 per individual card within the UK, and for multiple packs in one order they will be calculated individually. These are sent standard 2nd Class by Royal Mail. There is a flat rate of £11.00 per card pack order to the US and worldwide, which is tracked and signed for.

If any item is temporarily out of stock, customers will be notified on the website. If you wish to be notified when an item is back in stock, please contact us using the Contact button at the top of the Homepage.

Gaia Cards prices are in Great Britain Pounds Sterling (GBP), including postal shipping charges. Prices within the UK are stated on the website and included within the Shopping Cart.

Shipping Outside Mainland UK

For multiple card pack orders, prices for shipping them outside the UK vary on an individual basis, by the weight of each parcel and destination in the world. When orders are received, I will contact the customer during the ordering process to arrange shipping quote in GBP and to notify the total cost of the order. If the customer is happy to accept the quote the order is agreed and will proceed.

All orders to Mainland UK are sent by Royal Mail standard road delivery. Overseas orders are mainly sent by airmail to the destination country, then in the hands of the postal service of that country. UK delivery normally takes no more than 2-3 days, but sometimes 5-10 days in November and December. Customers from the USA are advised to order before the Thanksgiving holiday.

Cancellation of orders

Under UK Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days of receiving your goods, and for a full refund of the purchase price of returned goods. To cancel you can email, phone or write to me.

If you do not inform me within 7 days. our obligation ceases but we will look sympathetically at individual circumstances.

You must take reasonable care of returned goods whilst they are in your possession, as they must be able to be resold when returned.

Gaia Cards will not bear the cost of return postage, unless goods are faulty when received. Goods should be returned using Royal Mail. Please obtain proof of postage.
